The career started in network engineering. It moved through technical management and IT consulting. It now centers on Microsoft 365 deployment, security hardening, and the operational discipline that determines whether a tenant holds up.

I build operations, not just configurations.
Most SMB tenants do not have a tooling problem. Microsoft 365 ships with more capability than most organizations use. The failure point is upstream.
